The founder of Red Camper, Maura Gramzinski, came into her small batch food business by chance. Though she is not traditionally trained in the culinary field, she began making her own peach preserves in 2000, and discovered a passion for making recipes that showcase the power of high-quality, regional fruits and ingredients. Though Red Camper has grown tremendously thanks to their many industry accolades, including multiple Good Food awards, they have maintained their small batch methods to preserve their conscious business model.
