We created The Move to alleviate some of the stress in your selling journey by staging your home to maximize the impact on potential buyers. The price listed is a project deposit. Additional fees will be quoted in the service agreement provided by your stylist.

- 1-hour discovery meeting to assess staging needs
- Decorative product rentals
- In-person execution of staging
- Removal of decorative products on agreed upon date

Estimated project timeline: 2-3 weeks

- After you place your project deposit via checkout, you will receive an email from us within 2 business days with our pre-consult questionnaire
- Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we contact you again via email to schedule your in-home discovery meeting which we confirm with a calendar invite
- You and our stylist meet and discuss the project scope along with reviewing your current furnishings and decor. They take room dimensions, photos, and videos at this time
- Your stylist drafts an agreement outlining the details discussed, proposed timeline, and total project fee for you to review and sign
- Your stylist returns for in-person staging to create an inviting and polished atmosphere that appeals to a wide range of prospective buyers
- At the agreed upon date, your stylist will return to collect any rented pieces and hopefully celebrate your sale
