Process

Estimated project timeline: 2-3 weeks

  1. After you place your project deposit via checkout, you will receive an email from us within 2 business days with our pre-consult questionnaire
  2. Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we contact you again via email to schedule your in-home discovery meeting which we confirm with a calendar invite
  3. You and our stylist meet and discuss the project scope along with reviewing your current furnishings and decor. They take room dimensions, photos, and videos at this time
  4. Your stylist drafts an agreement outlining the details discussed, proposed timeline, and total project fee for you to review and sign
  5. Your stylist returns for in-person staging to create an inviting and polished atmosphere that appeals to a wide range of prospective buyers
  6. Once you receive an offer, your stylist will return to collect any rented pieces and celebrate your sale
